How We Work

How We Work

Our editorial methodology and standards

Iran Media Bridge is committed to accurate, fair, and transparent journalism. In an environment where state propaganda dominates and independent voices are silenced, we work to bridge the gap between ground truth and global awareness.

01

Our Mission

Document Iran's political, social, human rights, and civic developments. Strengthen the Iranian people's narrative based on evidence, data, and direct testimonies. Provide a reliable source for media, researchers, and international institutions. Actively counter misinformation, distortion, and the regime's psychological operations.

02

Data Collection

Reports from citizen journalists inside Iran. Videos, images, and direct testimonies. Data published by human rights activists, lawyers, and victims' families. Monitoring official and semi-official media to identify contradictions and lies.

03

Verification Process

Cross-verification with multiple sources. Time, location, and visual content authenticity verification. Separation of 'Verified', 'Under Review', and 'Initial Report' categories. Avoiding publication of unverified news in sensitive situations.

04

Analysis & Contextualization

Placing each news item in its political, social, and historical context. Explaining mechanisms of suppression, censorship, and propaganda. Translating narratives into language understandable for non-Iranian audiences.

05

Publication & Distribution

Multilingual publishing (English, Persian, and other languages). Providing citable content for media and institutions. News packages, timelines, and thematic reports.

06

Editorial Independence

Iran Media Bridge operates independently from any government, political party, or special interest group. Without affiliation to governments, parties, or stakeholder institutions. Priority on fact-checking and documentation. Clear separation of news, analysis, and opinion. Maximum protection for the identity and safety of contributors inside Iran. Human-centered focus: on people, not just statistics and headlines.

What We Are NOT

Not a partisan or ideological media outlet

Not a propaganda platform for any specific political current

Not a replacement for political action or movement leadership

Iran Media Bridge is the narrative infrastructure, not its owner.

Breaking the information monopoly

An independent, grassroots, non-profit platform for collecting, verifying, and publishing news, narratives, and data related to Iran. We place the authentic voice of the Iranian people—shaped in streets, prisons, exile, universities, and daily life—against the distorted, organized propaganda of the Islamic Republic.
