With the ongoing protests in cities across Iran, alarming accounts of the situation in hospitals have emerged. Informed sources at two hospitals in Rasht and Tehran told BBC Persian that a total of 110 bodies of the deceased have been transferred to these two hospitals.
Doctors in Iran have reported that on the 18th and 19th of Dey, some patients have presented with injuries from gunfire in the head, neck, and eyes at hospitals. Previously, human rights activists had warned about the massacre of protesters due to the nationwide internet shutdown.
Donald Trump has also threatened that if there is shooting at protesters, the United States will come to their aid.
