The video 'Sepehr Baba Kojaei?' which I published had not been released by any other source before. IRIB produced a video of a grieving family who appear to have lost a young man named Sepehr, and then incorrectly added the 'Sepehr Baba' video to this report. This was done in a way that suggests they spoke with Sepehr's family, while they could not even obtain a single sentence from them to connect to the video. I had removed Sepehr's last name from the audio of the video and have still not referenced it anywhere.

Update: The original version of the 'Sepehr Baba' video, which shows 'Sepehr Shokri's' father searching for his son's body, has been released. In the previous version, I had removed a few seconds of audio from this version because it revealed important details. My reaction to IRIB's incorrect report was the same text I mentioned above. Now that I have released the original version, it is because I saw that besides Sepehr Shokri's identity, the audio I had cut from the original version is also being published in other sources.
