On Friday, January 19, 2025, Prince Reza Pahlavi expressed gratitude for the widespread presence of protesters in streets across Iran, stating: "It has become clear to many that with a large number of people, the repressive forces are pushed back, and the likelihood of repression is minimized."
He invited "field leaders" to work on connecting the crowd of protesters "so that the crowd can grow even larger." He also urged those who were hesitant to participate in the protests on Thursday, January 18, to join the protesters on the evening of Friday, January 19.
Prince Reza Pahlavi added: "I know that the internet and communications have been cut off. Despite the regime's desperate efforts, I am sure you will not abandon the streets. Victory is yours."
Earlier, in his first call during the recent protests, he had asked protesters to gather in the streets on Thursday and Friday at 8 PM and chant against the Islamic Republic.
