During the protests on January 7 in Kermanshah, people from all neighborhoods took to the streets and joined the gatherings with their families, young and old. However, on Taqbostan Boulevard, security forces opened fire on the protesters. Arman Mousavi, one of our friends, lost his life in these events. Hospitals were filled with young people who were injured and killed. On the second night, plainclothes officers also shot at the people, targeting only their heads and faces. At one moment, in our own alley, one of the officers put his gun to my back and said, 'Are you going home or should I shoot you?' These events were terrifying and painful, and families endured a lot of hardship.
